  New Zealand-wide, shipping is free for online purchases $100 and over at POLITIX (or $9.95 flat-rate delivery for orders under $100).

  NZ customers are eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving your online order. Conditions apply, so shop at our NZ website to find NZ Shipping and NZ Returns info.

  • Rural and remote areas may take longer.
  • We must have your complete and correct addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
  • To guarantee delivery, there must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm.
  • Please note: We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
  • If goods you have ordered are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible. Your payment will be immediately refunded to your credit card.

  At POLITIX, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note for change of mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:

  • In-store: 14 days from date of purchase
  • Online (Australia and NZ): 14 days from date of delivery
  • Online (International): 30 days from order placement.
