Track your order
  1. Place your order and you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. High fives, we’ve got your order and we’re working on it.
  2. Once we process and dispatch your order, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email along with your Tracking Number.
  3. After you receive your Tracking Number, your order is on its way. Use your Tracking Number to track your parcel with our New Zealand-wide delivery partner Courier Post.

Do I need to be home?

Yes, but if nobody’s home the courier will leave a card with pick up instructions.

Please note during this time, there will be contactless delivery.

Can I Get Delivery to My Work?

Yes, but you MUST include the Company Name when filling out your delivery address. Do not leave the Company field blank, otherwise the courier will not deliver to your work address.

Can I pick up in store?

Click & Collect service from our Politix stores is not currently available - but watch this space, we’re working on it!

In the meantime, you can contact your nearest store directly or order online for New Zealand-wide delivery.

ITEMS ARE MISSING IN MY PARCEL - SPLIT SHIPMENT

To ensure all your items arrive in a timely fashion, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If your online parcel is smaller than you expected, this means you are receiving a split shipment. But don’t worry, nothing has been forgotten. The rest will arrive in separate deliveries.
