TRACK YOUR ORDER
  1. Place your order and you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. High fives, we’ve got your order and we’re working on it.
  2. Once we process and dispatch your order, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email along with your Tracking Number.
  3. After you receive your Tracking Number, your order is on its way. Use your Tracking Number to track your parcel with our New Zealand-wide delivery partner StarTrack.
NEED SOMETHING FOR THE WEEKEND?

NEW ZEALAND: WE RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR ORDER BY 11AM, 6 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR BIG EVENT.

You can expect your delivery to arrive at your door Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Unfortunately, there’s no delivery on weekends.

During peak periods and public holidays (e.g. Easter, Christmas and Special sales), delivery may take 4 - 8 business days. Allow more time to ensure you’re styling for the party season.

If you’ve really left it last minute, you can contact your nearest POLITIX store for a quick fashion fix.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME?

To ensure your delivery reaches your home address, all parcels need to be received with a signature. If nobody’s home, the courier will leave a card with pick up instructions.

We also deliver to Work addresses.

CAN I GET DELIVERY TO MY WORK?

Yes! To receive a delivery at a company building, you MUST include the Company name when filling out your delivery address. Do not leave the Company field blank, otherwise the courier will not deliver to your work address.

CAN I PICK UP IN STORE?

Click & Collect service from our POLITIX stores is not currently available - but watch this space, we’re working on it!
