What To Wear With Khaki with Nick Slater Header How to Style Khaki with Nick Slater Header

It’s no secret that Sydney-based Actor Nick Slater knows how to dress. We recently teamed up with him to create four of this season’s best looks. Now is the time to be seen in green this winter season.

If you’re looking to deviate from the usual shades of grey, try adding a splash of green to your wardrobe. Here’s how to mix and match khaki, olive and every shade of green in between.

The fresh modern look

Don’t shy away from green on green – see how Nick Slater owns it in our Montorso Tailored Suit Jacket, matching pants and dark green Narka Polo

He finishes the look with a pair of Corvella Leather Chelsea boots which blend in seamlessly with the polo, creating a tasteful, two-toned outfit.

The effortlessly clean look

Dark green works wonders with denim, especially if it’s a darker shade of blue. Nick is wearing our white Mclennan shirt, paired with dark indigo Barham Jeans and black Chelsea boots.

To stay warm, he’s chosen the Aslans Epsom Coat as his finishing piece. Its dark green hue allows the crisp white shirt to pop underneath, forming a sharp and tailored appearance.

The bespoke layered look

Green tops play well with lighter colours and can be an outlet for your creativity.

Nick uses a white tee and bone chinos for a neutral canvas, then adds an unbuttoned Patterson checked shirt on top.

His final layer is an unbuttoned dark green Jaxon Suede Leather Jacket, which allows just enough of the checks to peek through – an ingenious way to add definition and personality to the outfit. The Teramo black leather loafers are just the cherry on top.

The suave utilitarian look

This look uses neutral-coloured bottoms to bring khaki front and centre.

Nick pairs a vibrant forest Kinglake Utility Jacket with off-white Helston chinos, and finishes the outfit with black loafers and a dark green scarf. The accessories help break up the colour block and add extra detail to the outfit, adding to its tranquil vibe.
